Took a little trip to Rock City in Lookout Mountain, TN. I visited once as a kid & I gotta say, not much has changed. Still a fun little visit for kids & a beautiful view where you can see 7 states from one spot atop the mountain.
All things "SmithAldridge" - we're one of a kind (seriously, no one else has this name.)

Anna Visits Atlanta!
One of my very best friends, Anna Bryant, visited ATL from Oregon on her way to Statesboro, so we met for some coffee, crepes, froyo & girl talk! Great day catching up!

Summer Silliness & Stuff
Summer break consisted of silliness, fun, day trips, hikes & some bummers as well. But first, the ultimate silly face...
To be silly, Myles was closing his eyes during picture time. When I said, "Open your eyes" he made this crazy face. I laughed so hard I cried. |

A trip to a butterfly garden in ATL |
A snack break for sweaty kids. |
Clayton & Myles keep a lookout while we wait... |
"Mommy look, I found 'Tall Man'!" |
Sour Cream. |
Sunny day at Tallulah Gorge |
Ollie Bridge |
Asked him to get dressed. Found him like this. |
So, Myles is allergic to mosquito bites. More so than the average human. This is the result of a small mosquito bite on his eyebrow. |
El Artiste |
In his defense, I'm the one who dared walked away from him for a whopping 2 minutes. That's watercolor paint & attitude on his face. |
